While we strive to offer the best value from the jump, we understand that you may occasionally find a different price elsewhere. We’re happy to offer price matching where possible and always aim to be fair and transparent. To ensure we’re comparing like for like, price matching may be considered under the following conditions:

The competing product must be manufactured in Australia and supplied by a registered Australian business. We do not price match products that are manufactured overseas.

The product being compared must be of the same or a closely comparable specification, including material, size, finish, and quantity. This allows us to maintain consistent quality standards across all orders.

Customers may be asked to provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price, such as a current quote, invoice, or website listing.

All price match requests are reviewed individually and are subject to our final assessment and approval, taking into account production methods, materials, turnaround time, and overall value.

We reserve the right to decline any price match request that does not meet the above criteria or where the comparison is not deemed equivalent.
