Every order is shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number unless stated otherwise.
- Regular Post: 2–6 business days
- Express Post: 1–3+ business days

Where will it be sending from?
We printed, packed and shipped all our orders from Brunswick West, VIC Australia.
What to do if you entered a wrong address?
If an incorrect delivery address was provided, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will make every effort to correct the details before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Should the parcel be returned to us, we will gladly arrange redelivery to the correct address, though additional shipping fees may apply.
My order hasn't arrived.
Please check your tracking for updates and allow up to five business days beyond the expected delivery date, as delays can happen. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that time, feel free to contact us or reach out to Australia Post directly.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
